Stories and Stitches: 2025 Book List
Are you joining the Resilient Nurturer Book Club this year? Check out this year's books!
It’s a new year and a great time to combine passions while creating community! My bookshelves and yarn shelves are full, and my heart is ready to connect with those who find great joy in caring for themselves while cultivating and caring for thriving communities.
Read the previous Substack post for details about the Stories and Stitches Book Club. Check out what we will be reading this year! I think you’ll sense a theme. ;-) Reserve copies at your library in advance, or locate copies at your local bookstore. A number of books have audio versions available, too.
Is a year too long of a commitment? No big deal. Join us for the books that appeal to you and land during months when you can protect the time to read.
Are fiber arts not yet or not ever your thing? No problem! Join us for the book club anyway. Or, choose a different craft to represent your book (knit, cross stitch, paint, etc.)
For those whose hooks are ready, stay tuned. Soon, a materials list and tutorials on stitching your squares will be posted.
I would love to hear if you plan to join in for any or all of the months this year. Let me know in the discussion section, and share where you are from if you’d like. I am in Washington County, Texas and would love to connect with folks in person in addition to the online meet-ups, so let me know if you are in the area and we will schedule in-person hooks and chats.
